After a long time and many attempts, we have put together a classic Italian blend using only organic coffees. We found what we were looking for; a must-have in such a blend is coffee from Brazil. We found Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fátima, a coffee from the Cerrado region and other excellent farms that have converted to organic farming. We also use origins from Central America and Colombia.
