The Viennese coffee house is a legendary institution – and, alongside the Italian bar, the second hub of Central European coffee culture. With the subtle difference that in Vienna, various brewing methods are used to prepare coffee. From the 1950s onwards, the espresso machine became established in coffee houses, and the trend towards milder coffee has remained. The "Salonkaffee" among espressos. We combine it from seven countries of origin, from which our green coffees come, to create this special blend.
