We named this coffee after the mythical road in Central America: Panamericana or "Carrera Panamericana" as it is called in the coffee countries, where it sometimes turns into a gravel road. Panamericana is a myth between Panama and Colombia, depicted on maps but non-existent in real life. There is a gap, it ends in the wilderness and jungle, only to reappear 100 km later in Colombia. We created a blend with coffees from El Salvador, Guatemala and Colombia, a true central experience and with 100% organic coffees.
