Night Express Espresso Blend Decaffeinated

Relaxed through the night – without caffeine or sleep disturbances. A classic Italian espresso blend made from decaffeinated Arabica coffee. We roast this blend like a normal espresso, thus preserving the full spectrum of flavors. A special CO2 process is one of four proven methods for decaffeinating green beans. First, the coffee is treated with steam so that the beans swell and open. Then, liquid CO2, which binds to the caffeine, is added to the beans under high pressure in a container. Once the CO2 is saturated, it is removed and the decaffeinated coffee is gently dried. Sweet dreams.
