Relaxed through the night – without caffeine. Our classic Italian Night Express Espresso blend consists of decaffeinated Arabicas. Because we roast this blend like regular espresso, it retains the full spectrum of aromas, together in a set with our single origin organic* espresso from Finca Negrisa in Peru. 100% Arabica Preparation: Our green coffee is decaffeinated with CO2 – one of four proven and common methods. For this, the coffee is first treated with steam so that the beans swell and open. Then, in a high-pressure vessel, liquid CO2, which binds the caffeine, is added to the beans. Once the CO2 is saturated, it is removed, and the decaffeinated coffee is gently dried. *DE-ÖKO-001
