Decaf Set Night Express Negrisa Espresso Set

Relax through the night – without caffeine. Our classic Italian Night Express espresso blend consists of decaffeinated Arabica beans. Because we roast this blend like regular espresso, it retains the full spectrum of aromas. It comes as a set with our organic* single-origin espresso from Finca Negrisa in Peru, 100% Arabica. Regarding preparation: Our green coffee is decaffeinated with CO2 – one of four proven and common methods. For this, the coffee is first treated with steam so that the beans swell and open. Then, liquid CO2, which binds the caffeine, is added to the beans in a high-pressure container. As soon as the CO2 is saturated, it is removed, and the decaffeinated coffee is gently dried. *DE-ÖKO-001
