Included is our Malabar Monsoon Espresso, which comes from the Malabar Coast in India, stretching south from Mumbai to Kerala. The area around the ancient trading city of Cochin is famous for its Monsoon Malabar, where coffee beans are processed using the monsoon method. This unique method is only used in India. It dates back to early trade, when beans were transported to England by sailing ships and exposed to heavy rainfall and particularly high humidity during the long sea journey. In Trieste, we rediscovered an old recipe for the classic espresso blend. We are reviving it in our Miscela Italia blend. Made with the best green coffees as ingredients, roasted in the Trieste style. The third espresso in this box is our rock musician among our blends. We experimented a lot with this blend to create a multifaceted, complex espresso, the Roasters Pick. For the perfect coffee experience, we also complement this set with two espresso cups.
