Italy is the birthplace of European coffee culture. This is a tribute to the espresso machine and its guardians of the holy grail, the baristas. Their inspiration is the audience, every spectator a specialist. In Trieste, we rediscovered an old recipe for the classic 100% Arabica espresso blend, and we resurrect it in our blend. Using the finest coffees from its origin, farm by farm, our Triestine-style espresso emerges from the bar and becomes Miscela Italia, a delight made with the exact same recipe.
